This service is perfect for mothers who are looking for all the great resource and support that a Birth Doula can provide but may not be able to have one present during their birth.
If you live outside of my area across country or internationally and would love to work with me. Perhaps you and your partner want to have that intimacy without too many being present yet would like to have someone to communicate with in regards birth related options. Which ever your case may be MyDoulas can be there for you.
I can support you by providing resources that you may need, educating and guiding you through your pregnancy, labor and birth and at least the first 6 weeks after birth.
Virtual doula services package
Free 30 minute initial consultation - Google meet, or phone.
2 Prenatal meetings - discuss about your past pregnancies, current pregnancy
desires and the options that you have during bump, birth and beyond.Assist creating a birth plan
Assist creating your own Birth affirmations - if needed
Talk about comfort measures and ways to stay active during pregnancy (if no restrictions of course!)
Talk about breastfeeding and infant diet care options
Educate on the stages of labor and ways we can prepare you for it
I will be available via phone/text in regards to your pregnancy starting from 21 weeks - 6 weeks after birth
24/7 on call support from 38 weeks until your baby is born
Availability during labor - advise on birth options while answering questions that may arise
2 Postpartum meetings - speak in regards to your birth story and questions that you may have.
Also provide breastfeeding support answering questions and provide local resource that may be able to assist

who you could call that knows all about birth when you need her, I can do that too!
I offer A La Carte Options as well. It is important that prior to the call that we address what the topic
of the conversation will be that way we can better utilize the time
and we can be prepared to answer your question.

Includes: Discussing birth plan, labor and birth options, how to prepare your home and family for the new baby in town! How to prepare yourself mentally, physically and emotionally, as well as answer any and all questions you may have!

One 60 minute - $85
Three - 60 minutes call/video package - $240
Virtual Postpartum Doula options:
Includes: Breastfeeding support, mommy well being concerns, comfort measure, clothe diapering, mom dietary support to make it through the initial weeks of breastfeeding, only examples there’s more you name it!
