Get to know each other to make sure I am the fit that you would like. I value my clients to feel comfortable in wanting to allow me to support such a beautiful yet intimate moment.

• 2nd Consultation: I will provide your tentative birthing plan if we discussed one, we will practice some comfort movements that you or your partner can do. Get updates on pregnancy thus far.

• We can always continue to meet more time if desired! There is much more that we will and can discuss such as dietary needs for both you and baby. Ways to prepare yourself, your home and family for the babies arrival. As well a breastfeeding support and preparation beforehand and afterwards.

• Continuous support throughout the whole duration of your labor. When you feel it is my time to come whether just to monitor, assist, or be active I will be there.

• Make sure to friendly remind or help advocate for your desire birthing experience. As well as assist explaining and keeping up to date on any medical changes, procedures, that may occur. 

• Hands on comfort measures when desired. Supporting family members by coaching on how they too can engage and support you during labor.

• At least 1 in person postpartum consultation when ever you’re ready.Within the 1st week postpartum: we will establish your desire time for me to check on you as you settle. Of course want to see the baby as well!

• I will be available via phone/text for at least 6 weeks after your baby birth.

• The reason for this is because there is research that shows that so much can occur to mommy both physically through mentally I want you to know that I am still available for you. This is a beautiful relationship that we establish and I do not take it lightly.

• Hourly Rate:
  Day - $40 (4 Hours minimum)
  Night - $45 (8 Hours minimum)

• Doula Services: Includes everything within the my Birth Doula & Postpartum Doula services - with the added benefits of me being local & present within your time frame.

• Childbirth Education: Opportunity to immerse ourselves in preparation.

• Photography: Late term, birth photography, & newborn photography

• Room & Board: must be provided - whether staying within a provide room in your home or local house placement (hotel/airbnb)

• Arrival: Can arrive within 2 weeks prior to due date & stay atleast 2 weeks after due date. Total of 4 weeks possible time together. Travel expenses are taken into consideration and further explained.

• Support: Will help prepare and make the ambiance ready for birth, complete support during birth and assist with the right of passage having a peaceful home after birth.

• This is a great opportunity for us to immerse ourselves together. As I offer so much more than just doula work during our time together.

• When I come I am not a housekeeper or babysitter I am there to educate the family and mom and assist preparing for, and being there during and after the birth.

• Although I will be respectful of your abode and help out here and there - it is not to be expected of house cleaning.

• I will gladly explore your living area/city with you or by myself allowing you the time for privacy as well.

• Depending on your cost of living area - it may effect the final price however I am always willing to work with family’s and am completely honest & fair.

I simply know my value and appreciate those who know it too.

However being completely transparent I can share where the bulk of the finances will go to.

• Travel Expenses: (Plane tickers, car rental/transportation, lodging and food for a possibly a month)

• Childcare Expenses: I have my own children as well & husband who would be without my immediate help and needing to cover for childcare/homeschooling arrangements for a month.

• Living Expenses: I still have bills due at the first of the month baby! And living in a high cost area - still requires me to make my ends meet!

• My actual service! After all is said and done you’ll have me and my expertise and I guarantee that our time together is worth far more than the investment.

• 2 Prenatal meetings - discuss about your past pregnancies, current pregnancy desires and the options that you have during bump, birth and beyond.

• 24/7 on call support from 38 weeks until your baby is born

• Availability during labor - advise on birth options while answering questions that may arise

• 2 Postpartum meetings - speak in regards to your birth story and questions that you may have. Also provide breastfeeding support answering questions and provide local resource that may be able to assist
